how to take diets during lockdown

As we know that every person's body should have maintenance energy so that his body parts (internal or external) are performed well.

What do u understand by calorie deficit diets.let's know here. To take a less energetic diet from your maintenance calorie diet is called calorie deficit diets.

For those guys who want to lose fat, it is a little bit necessary.but in lockdown as you know our workouts, diets, etc everything is going worst. In this situation every fatty(less or more) guy should not live in a calorie deficit because it will dangerous for muscle.

.In these days you are not going to the gym and not pushing your muscles with more strength, so for your muscle maintenance it is important to take maintenance otherwise muscle will be lost.

In India due to lockdown there are many problems that have come for example- unavailability of roots, foods, green vegetables etc.therefore you are not taking any fruits, vitamins, etc. What is in your home you are consuming and if you are thinking that I am at the fat loss period, should live in calorie deficit then it will be dangerous for you.

 In this period the immunity system should also be strong, but if you will not consume your maintenance calorie it will effect on your immunity system also.
So nowadays you can take diets 5-8% more than your maintenance calories.
It is hard to do exercise at home in this period, but to maintain your muscles concentration at least 2-3 days of the week you should do exercise i.e. bodyweight exercise.
