DIET VS EXERCISE

AS WE KNOW THAT to stay fit, active and healthy, body exercise is very necessary but do you know diet is also important factor.let's know here how much, it is. Every person should know about diets, nutrition, etc. To be fit everyone wants to join the gym but they don't stick with diets. In fat loss or gain nutrition and healthy diet is an important thing. let's compare 2 persons who have a goal to lose fat.both are 90 kgs. they every day go for the gym or any high-intensity training. they follow this routine for 6 months continuously.after 6 months they see the result of his body and get that one person loss10-12 kgs whereas the second person only loss 3-2 kgs.now you tell me why this happens. the one and only factor of influence is diet, nutrition, etc.  1st person was taking a good diet or healthy food whereas the diets of the second person were not determined.  in researches, it was found that 80-90 % of people are achieved his body fit goal in shorts term or fast because they eat smart. if anybody wants to lose fat fastly then it is very necessary to consume good diets or healthy food.many bodybuilding experts have given 1st priority to take healthy diets if they want a great result.
